Hey Tracy--sorry you're having a rough few days. I've been super busy, but I'll write you more later when I have a moment. Hang in there, chicka! I bet in 10 more days this is going to seem a lot easier. You're already 1/3 of the way done with the 30! Nice! BTW, I'm pretty sure that you're not eating enough. Especially enough protein and fats. The stuff that satisfies you. ;-) Try some salmon, woman!
I bought a single frozen salmon fillet today at the store to try. I don't mind trying avocado but it goes bad SO FAST once you peel it and I don't LOVE it enough to put it on everything/in everything enough to use it all in a day or even the next day so I have not bought any more. I have thrown out 2.5 of 3 avocados. :/
I know this isn't about calories. But every few days I do track my food to make sure I am not going excessively over. It's harder on days where I make a recipe because it's not as straight forward to track. But I have not been under calories at all. I don't get much exercise in, so I am worried about eating too much more food. It's hard to find the right balance. I am already falling into a boring rut and it's making it harder.
Any advice/wisdom you can share is very appreciated!
