Doing a fresh round of Whole30 as a family.
Ugh. I know that wanting to run out the door to buy something awful feeling. Thankfully I live 20 minutes by car from the nearest anything.I've also been realizing that I mainly feel that way for a few days AFTER I indulge in something sugary. I also keep reminding myself that the something awful will only be fun or tasty for about 3 minutes, while it is actually in my mouth. Hang in there!A tip for your berries/almonds/coconut milk- try freezing the berries. Then the whole thing is almost like an ice-creamy treat and it's awesome. I have it for breakfast when my kids have baked oatmeal for breakfast on Wednesdays :)
